Prof. Dr. Karsten Lehmann has published a contribution to the blog of the RaT Research Center. In his blog-entry, Karsten Lehmann analyses the shutdown-notes put into the front-windows of small businesses in Mid-March. They document the problems, the authors of those notes had to grasp the pandemic as well as the focus they put onto the activities of the government. As far as the near future is concerned, this might cause significant problems.
